In June 2023, Graham Dunning's Mechanical Techno and Sam Underwood's Acoustic Modular System took a train journey to Galerie Paradise in Nantes, France. Following a period of exploration, points of cohesion, jeopardy and happenstance were exploited to create the nine unruly pieces that appeared on their ultra-limited vinyl release of Beaux Timbres on Paradise Records. LineUp will be the first time their musical machines meet again to create their uniquely broken machine music, celebrating a new pressing of Beaux Timbres on Accidental Editions.
